Hi sweeties. We arrived home safe and sound last night, after a fantastic trip to Hamburg. Oh how I love that city! But as we were home quite late, we didn’t have the energy to go grocery shopping. Therefor it was quite a challenge to prepare breakfast earlier today. But what a little research can’t fix, and breakfast was soon in the making. Boiled eggs, espresso con panna (with a dash of coconutoil) and a fresh apricot smoothie. I found the smoothie recipe on Caroline Berg Eriksens blog (here), but since I didn’t have any peaches or lemons, I just added 4 fresh apricots and 1/2 a lime, and the result was really yummy and filling.
