Hi everyone!

I wanted to share this yummy, simple and healthy dinner recipe with you guys – salmon with lemon sauce and salad. I make it every once in a while, and when I visited my family, they requested that I made this for them.

Season the salmon with some sea salt, black pepper and honey, and put it in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes (depends on how you like your salmon). While the salmon is cooking, prep a simple salad. I basically use whatever’s in my fridge. In this particular one, I used salad mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. For the lemon sauce, which is like a dressing (no heat needed), I used quark (greek yogurt, cream fraiche etc. works just as well), fresh squeezed lemon juice, dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper.

On the side we had some paleo bread and a glass of white wine. A simple, light and delicious meal – perfect for warmer days.
