A fresh start
Good morning sweethearts! Mondays are equal to fresh starts, right? So what better way to start off a new week, then with a fresh and healthy smoothie? In my opinion, it’s pretty much a perfect start.
The weekends go by so fast, but I must admit that I don’t mind mondays. But if you are one of those, who gets the monday blues, here is a delicious smoothie recipe, which will make your day more pink (!). All you need is 1 dl almond milk, 1 dl water, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 handful frozen raspberries and 1/2 avocado. Simple. Healthy. Delicious.
