Hope you are feeling well and that you have had a wonderful weekend. Sunday is such a great day to load up on energy for the upcoming week and I love to start the day with a healthy and delicious breakfast. Today I had chia pudding (recipe), smoothie and a latte. The smoothie ingredients were fruits and greens I had in the fridge, such as pineapple, avocado, spinach, squeezed orange and squeezed lemon.
